Full-time employees working an average of 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits, with most coverage beginning on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Eligible dependents include legal or recognized common-law spouses, children under age 26, and qualifying dependent children age 26 and older with disabilities, subject to plan requirements.
